How do I sign in?

Ngủ Ngoan doesn't use passwords. Just enter your email address and the app will send you a 6-digit login code. Enter that code to get in. Each code works only once and expires after a short while for your security.

I didn't receive the login code — what should I do?

Please check your spam folder and make sure you entered the right email. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, tap to resend the code. Requesting a new code invalidates any unused previous one. If the problem persists, please contact us.

How do I create a profile for my child?

After signing in, open the parent zone and choose to add a child profile. You can create multiple profiles, one per child, each with its own favourites and reading progress.

How does the bedtime schedule work?

In the parent zone, you can set a bedtime. When the time comes, the app gently signals that it's time to rest, helping your child build a steady nightly sleep routine.

Can I limit my child's listening time?

Yes. You can set a daily listening-time limit for your child in the parent zone. When the limit is reached, the app pauses so your child can rest — you always stay in control of their screen time.

What is the parent zone?

This is where you manage child profiles, set the bedtime schedule, listening-time limits and other options. The zone is protected by a PIN so children can't change settings on their own.

What if I forget my parent-zone PIN?

The PIN is tied to your account. If you forget it, please contact us from your account email so we can help you reset it safely.

Are stories available in both Vietnamese and English?

Yes. Ngủ Ngoan is a bilingual app — every story is available in both Vietnamese and English. You can switch the language right inside the app.

Does the app have ads? Is it safe for children?

Ngủ Ngoan is completely ad-free and does not collect your child's data. All content is curated to be appropriate for kids aged 2–8. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all related data at any time, either directly in the app (parent zone, unlock with your PIN, then choose to delete the account) or by emailing support@nvata.com from your registered address. We'll process it as soon as possible.
