Your family's privacy is something we deeply respect. Here's how we handle your information.

Ngủ Ngoan (the "app", "we") is a bedtime-story app for children aged 2–8, operated by Nguyen Tan (the entity responsible for processing data — the "data controller"). We believe apps for young children should collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
We use the information we collect only to: let you sign in securely; save your child's profile, favourites and progress; apply bedtime-schedule and listening-time-limit settings; improve the quality and stability of the app; and respond to your support requests.
Ngủ Ngoan is designed to be used by parents on behalf of their children. Accounts belong to a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The settings and management area is protected by a parent-only PIN. If you believe your child has provided information without your consent, please contact us so we can delete it.
We comply with regulations protecting children's privacy, including COPPA (the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act — United States) and GDPR-K (the children's-data provisions of the GDPR — European Union). Because account creation and all settings are performed by a parent or guardian after authentication, this step serves as parental consent to the data processing described in this policy.
Data is stored on secure servers. Login codes and PINs are stored in hashed/encrypted form, never as plain text. Login sessions are protected by secure tokens. While we apply reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Our server and content-delivery infrastructure may be located in multiple countries. As a result, when you use the app your data may be processed and stored in a country other than where you reside, always protected under this policy.
We use a few trusted service providers solely to operate the app, including: an email-sending service (to deliver login codes); server and content-delivery infrastructure (for example Cloudflare); an audio-file storage service; and the sign-in services of Google and Apple when you choose those login methods. These parties only process data to the extent necessary to provide their services to us, and we do not sell data to them.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, we will delete the related personal information within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to retain it.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information and that of your child's profile. You can delete your account directly in the app (open the parent zone, unlock it with your PIN, then choose to delete the account), or email support@nvata.com from your registered address. When an account is deleted, the child profiles and progress tied to it are deleted as well.
We may update this policy from time to time. When there are significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, if needed, notify you in the app.
